What information do you need to quote?
A drawing (PDF / DXF / DWG / STEP) is enough. If you do not have one, send OD, ID, height and the material you have in mind — we will confirm the rest with you.
Do you supply samples?
Yes — samples can be arranged before mass production. Sample cost and shipping are confirmed with the quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed MOQ for standard models; for custom sizes the MOQ depends on tooling and material. Tell us the annual volume and we will propose the most economical option.
How long is production?
Samples and production lead times are confirmed with each quotation, depending on size, material and quantity.
Which materials can you supply?
CRGO and CRNGO silicon steel, nanocrystalline (1K107), amorphous, and MnZn / NiZn ferrite. See the materials page for grades and typical parameters.
Can you work to my drawing only?
Yes. Send the drawing and our engineers will confirm manufacturability, material and tolerances before quoting.
What about coating and insulation?
Epoxy coating, tape wrapping or PBT casing are available, depending on the application and winding method.
How do you pack for export?
Foam-lined cartons with batch labels; palletised or crated on request.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, by express, air or sea — we can quote EXW, FOB or CIF depending on your preference.
What payment terms do you accept?
Terms are agreed per order (typically T/T). Tell us your requirement in the enquiry.
