Description
Made from 1K107 Fe-based nanocrystalline ultra-thin ribbon, offering full-band advantages over MnZn ferrite and conventional amorphous cores. The automotive series is qualified to AEC-Q200.
• Bs 1.20 T (ferrite ≈ 0.48 T) — much stronger DC bias immunity
• Curie temperature 570 °C, no degradation under continuous high temperature
• Operating range -55 °C to +150 °C for automotive and outdoor industrial use
• Coercivity ≤ 1.2 A/m, low hysteresis loss
• Magnetostriction < 2 ppm — eliminates inductor whine
• Effective filtering from 10 kHz to 30 MHz
• Flame-retardant black PBT package, dielectric strength ≥ 4 kV
